No progress??

I've been healthy eating for five months and working out for about four months now (cardio + strength 3/4 times a week) and I've been working really hard to at least see some progress, but nothing! Any tips or ideas of what I might be doing wrong? And yes I'm trying to loose weight

Have you seen a change in your appearance or the way your clothes fit? Maybe you're gaining muscle and losing fat which is keeping your weight the same. If that's not the case then maybe you can try to see how many calories you each and find out if it's too much or too little.

what is your calorie intake?? if u are not waking up hungry,.... yr eating too much... 1200 calories a day... will drop yr weight.... there is a calorie ap on this site.. I highly recommend... good luck :)

I am using the calorie app here :) also i felt like i fit S more than M now in sizes so yeah. But I'll try those tips thank you so much both of you!
