u need to set ur mind 1st, so that u can fully committed. why u want to lose weight? then everytime u overeat, think back to that reason.
Drink LOTS of water!! You should be drinking up to about 10 cups a day maybe even more!
YEs, i have been on several diets, just can't seem to stick with them. Counting calories actually works best for me, because i can eat a variety of foods at a lower portion. Should i be on any kind of excellerator?
