help with motivation

im 16 an iv been trying to lose weight ever since june. i was able to lose about 30lbs but im still considered overweight to my doctor. i was 180lbs then 148 and now 153 and i hate being at this weight. im around 5'4-5'5 (i dont remember my actual height) and currently weigh 153lbs. i havent been exercising ever since the new started EVER SINCE OCTOBER EVEN. and i need motivation to start exercising and going on a good diet but no matter what i just cant seem to get it. can anybody help me?

All I can say is that it's really helpful to go to the gym but make sure to get a gym buddy because they keep you motivated and the best diet is to really lower any junk food you intake and eat everything in moderation and restrain yourself from eating something that you know is bad and only have it once every week or two weeks as a treat :) hope this helps
