im 16 an iv been trying to lose weight ever since june. i was able to lose about 30lbs but im still considered overweight to my doctor. i was 180lbs then 148 and now 153 and i hate being at this weight. im around 5'4-5'5 (i dont remember my actual height) and currently weigh 153lbs. i havent been exercising ever since the new started EVER SINCE OCTOBER EVEN. and i need motivation to start exercising and going on a good diet but no matter what i just cant seem to get it. can anybody help me?
