If you are eating a lot of starchy foods, like white rice, potatoes, pasta, bread, candy, cookies, etc. you will most likely gain weight.
I'm not sure about the sitting posture -- I do know that if you don't sit up straight, you put more strain on your back, etc.
Good luck and if there's more we can do to help you, please let us know.
yea i think u r right..may be i m eating more strachy foods or carbs..or it might b due to wrong sitting posture as i read it some where that if we do not follow right sitting posture it eventually leads to many disorders..and its one of them
You can't get a doctor on this forum. To get a doctor to answer your questions, you will need to go to the "Expert Forum". There is a new feature for nutrition -- you might try reaching the nutritionist through that.
Maybe you are eating the wrong type of foods? Or need to work on exercises that will tone the stomach muscles?

None of us here are doctors -- we are just ordinary people on a weight loss journey, trying to support and help each other.........
Here's just a single line for your height from a height/weight chart that might help.
Height Small Frame Medium Frame Large Frame
5'7" 123-136 133-147 143-163
According to my calculations you should weigh 132 pounds (1 kg = 2.2 pounds; 60 kgs X 2.2 pounds = 132)... You are about as perfect as can be and I'd suggest that you not try to lose anything, but maintain your current weight.
Tigerlilly gave you good advice.......
Happy New Year............
I'm not a doctor but your BMI is 20.7. Your BMI is normal. Your BMI should be between 18.5 and 24.9. Exercise at least 3 days a week for 30 minutes per day. Eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies and drink plenty of water. Stay healthy and have a happy New Year.
