I'm not sure why you're warning isizzts to be careful of the app; I can't imagine how it's going to hurt her recovery. She's merely asking for healthy snack ideas.
I don't mean to be hypocritical here but be careful with this app! If you are in recovery, congratulations, you've fought hard to make that decision. You are young and have your whole life ahead of you... I wish you health and peace with all of you, your body included.
There are lot of healthy snacks you can eat. Always make sure you eat some protein with each snack, as that keeps you feeling fuller and helps build muscles.
You could have an apple with some peanut butter; you could have a protein shake, made with any kind of fruit. Yogurt makes an excellent snack, celery with cheese or peanut butter (make sure you keep the peanut butter servings in check, though because it does have a lot of fat). Cut up veggies with hummus are good. Even a glass of milk is a good snack, as is a hard boiled egg - both have lots of protein.
If you have a blender you can take a small carton of plain yogurt, about 1/4 cup milk, 3-4 ice cubes and a banana and whip that into a smoothie. Make it even better by adding a pinch of vanilla, cinnamon or nutmeg.
