Hello davinia79, my name is Noelle. I am 14 years old, and I am developing anorexia nervosa. DO NOT starve yourself, it can lead to anorexia which I can tell you will take over your life. I understand the pressure to be pretty/perfect/thin. It is a hard thing to deal with psychologically. Try to eat health, but make sure that you are getting a health amount of calories- again, don't starve yourself. Try to exercise 20 minutes a day, and as time goes by ramp up the number of minutes you spend on moderate physical activity. If you do not reach your weight goal by the time June rolls around do not beat yourself up about it! I am sure you are BEAUTIFUL no matter how much you weigh!
Lol I know the feeling when it comes to sticking to things but I find it hard juggling time around 2 children. But I have invested in a sit up machine and set myself 50 to 100 a day if it helps!!
Omg me too! I weigh 143lbs but it's all round my face and stomach which looks stupid with my normal legs! I'm going to use this app, eat "clean" and exercise EVERDAY low intensity to fat burn I think heart rate at 129 and then do a half hour toning sesh, haha optimistic! I hope I stick to it I am the worst at sticking to things!!!
