At 5'1" and 115 pounds, you don't need to lose weight. Even if you have a small frame, you are within the weight range for your height.
Try cutting starch out of your diet for a week or two. That should help you drop a couple pounds. But remember, even if you're going for a bmi of 18.5, you should never be less than around 96 pounds at your height (which is also mine) :3. Hope this helps!!
I agree with Barb135, at that weight you are fine. You do not want to look anorexic. Girl I wish I was there. I am the same height and would love to be at 145. THICK****** forget what the magazines say.
Welcome to the community........ I'm just a tad shorter than you and would love to be at the 115 also. Do you have medical issues that cause(d) weight gain or prevent weight loss, such as hypothyroidism, insulin resistance, etc?
