weird bruises from exercise

ok everybody, i walk everyday, i eat well and have started intinifying my weight loss exercise, from around 1-2 miles to 10-20 miles everyday, im getting weird yellow and green bruises around my ankles, they dont hurt just there and no signs of swelling, any suggestions

Most likely you've increased your exercise way too much, way too quickly.   Going from 1-2 miles/day to 10-20 mpd is quite a drastic change. You should probably see your doctor to be sure everything is okay.
