Dogs reaction to shots

I have 3 poodles, one 8 lbs and 9 lbs one 15 lbs. we took them in for all the annual shots. We had a new gal do them as I couldnt get them in at my prefer place. After they got home thel afternoon they we shaking like a leaf, and not reall responsive I kept them warm and next thing I notice friend was here said your dog choking. And we had to do cpr and keep him, tongue clear we got him oiut of it then his sister went to seizure and not breathing,,, m,y older poodle me quite but when he went out side to go bathroom he couldnt make it in and he was shaking badly. l at l0 00 at nite this happened they had there shots l00 pm I thought I was going to loose both dogs. Brother and sister. We got am emergency call to ve t and she met us there. Gave presidone shot and gave us some pills for them 3 days.The care still kind of out of it. the first shots went just fine. puppies. what happened did she give wrong doses to them or Vacniantion the trouble. rabies, bortitto, distemper boosters..I am scare to use this vet. again? If they had died I was o upset.dont know what i done They were wieghed  when we got there?

I have heard that some vets give the same dose to a dog regardless of size, lets hope not. But I would tell the vet what happened and ask them if they have any ideas. You need to know the answers.  I don't think I would feel good about going back. I think that when I took one of my dogs in and had shots given and they insisted that I allow them to give another rabie shot because " they" did not recognize the 3 year shot. Ever since that my dog has been doing bad. I will never allow anyone to do something to my pet" just because" their office does not recognize the shots or care.
I had one vet almost kill my dog, I never went back.

I don't know what happened to cause this with your dogs.  What a horrible experience.  

I can add, however, that I will never again get periodontal disease vaccination shots for my dogs.  They got so sick - weak, lethargic, not eating, etc. - I thought I would lose two of them.
