I have a 3 month old male pomeranian!!!!!!!

my 3 month old pomeranian doesn't seem to hear anything and doesn't move around alot. he's shaky and walks kind of sideways, what could be wrong with him????!!!

Definitely a possibility but she is not saying the dog is shaking it's head or pawing at it.
Possibly neurological?

When was the last time he ate?  It MAY be low blood sugar. If he can swallow. Give a little sugar water with a syringe (no needle),  if you have Honey or Kayro syrup, rub some on the gums.  You need to get him cjphecked by a Vet and soon.
