Lazy eye after surgery

My dog had a mass removed from her butt, and I brought her home today. She is on an antibiotic, pain/inflammatory, another pain medicine. Tonight she had her right eye randomly go lazy. She was about to fall asleep and her right eye started rolling back like she normally does, but her left one didn't move at all. Whats going on? Is this something that normally happens but I just haven't noticed? Is it the medicine?

She is a 9 1/2 year old female Jack Russell Terrier.

Dogs can have some strange reactions to surgery/medication.  I think you should take her back to the vet for a check-up.  Blessings - Blu

I don't know what this is, but it could be medication related...You need to contact the Vet that did the surgery ASAP.....Please, come back & let us know....Karla
