Oh I am so really sorry to hear the sad news about Dogie. The only thing I have found helped me through those dreadful days after my own dog died, and is still helping me now, was to hold on to the love. All the love you shared. That doesn't seem to ever die.
Please accept my condolences.
God bless Dogie XX

Given the list of medications you mentioned, I too will assume your dog has indeed seen the vet.
When did this happen...?  Is your dog drinking...?  If it happened a few days ago, and your dog is not eating or drinking, it is very important to contact your vet. Your dog does need some nourishment and some fluids.
The medications could be the reason your dog is getting sick, especially if your dog is taking these meds on an empty stomach.
It is important to make sure you get food, as well as water, into your dog.
You may have to use a syringe. You can buy ground canned dog food, and blend it with a little water, then feed your dog with the syringe. You could also buy baby food and feed with the syringe. You may also have to give your dog water with the syringe.
If your dog is able to lick, he may be happy to lick some ground dog food or baby food off of a plate.
As Ginger has mentioned, please discuss this with your vet. A phone call will not cost anything.
Best wishes, and please let us know how he is doing.

OK I presume you got him immediate veterinary care? In which case please do call the vet about this. It costs nothing for a phone call, and they can advise you, or you may have to take im back to be examined again (don't ask the receptionist, ask to speak to a vet at the practice.) As it's Sunday, call emergency. Or if you call your usual vet's number, there may be an answerphone message with another out-of-hours number to call.
