Hi Tricia.  I am not a vet, but I worked with one awhile back.  Yes, this does sound like a tummy ache, and NO, raw hamburger will not help this at all.  If you brought your dog to our clinic, you would be told to not feed her for 24 hours, and allow only water (make sure she isn't gulping it down - that causes vomiting.  You can offer her 'normal amounts of water several times a day if it's a problem.)  After 24 hours, feed small amounts (a few tablespoons) of cooked boneless chicken and rice, plain.  If she does not vomit this, you can feed her more.  Feed this mixture for another day before getting her back on regular dog food.  NOTE: if she continues to vomit, and not show signs of improvement by morning, take her to the vet.  Blessings - Blu

If she seems no worse, fast her fir 24 hours but make sure she is consuming fluids.
Start feeding her a bland diet of cooked chicken(no skin) and some rice.  Feed her a few smaller meals a day and see how she dies, If ok, then gradually add her kibble.  Of course, if symptoms oh vomiting, diarrhea, seeming uncomfortable continue, consult your Vet.
