My pomeranian has been continuously sick for the past year. We moved to spring about a year ago, and brought along all our animals... including my pom, another dog, and three cats. One day I came home and my cat was lieing dead in the middle of the living room and I noticed what looked like stomach fluid or spit-up that was next to him..we never found out what caused this. My pomeranian since we have lived here has been getting an upset stomach early in the morning and then after a couple of hours of feeling sick, finally throws up atleast twice what looks like nothing but stomach fluid. We had tests done (blood tests) and they couldnt find anything wrong with her, and thought she might just be nervous of her new home in spring. The vet gave us some pills in case she gets sick to make her feel better....well a YEAR later, she has gone through the whole bottle of pills and it just is continuing to happen. She will be fine for 2-3 days and then I will wake up to the sound of her tummy grumbling, and I know that she is sick... but after she throws up a few hours later she is fine and back to her old self. I have called the vet, they wanted to make an appointment and I asked them before I bring her in, what exactly are you going to do...they told me the same thing they did last time (exam, tests, blood work), but I dont want another $400 vet bill and them tell me nothing is wrong with her and for them to send me home with some pills for nausea. PLEASE HELP ME
