What is wrong with my dog?
She has had puppies, and she weaned them, but she has these knots where her milk has dried up, should I be worried or will they go away on their own?
try some warm/hot compresses. is she eating OK? does she have a temp? those are 2 red flags and I have never seen the hard "lumps" except in a case of mastitis but the dog was off her food and had a temp.

It could be like Jaybay [ comment 1 said] or something criticle. You could take her to the vet if it makes you feel better
