Thanks Ghilly! You are a Dear!
Do you know if New Zealand Tripe can be fed to a dog everyday.
Dee Dee loves it as most dogs do with this disgusting stuff, but I am thinking it would help with her digestive issues. I was giving her a half of a can, but that is probably too much?
As for her anal glands, she is on antibiotics and had them infused, but again seem to be bothering her. I am wondering that in spite of treatment, they are filling up again? JeeZ!
Warmly
Diana
Aww, the poor little thing! I'm so glad you took her to the vet, it could have gotten quite serious had it been allowed to go on untreated. You're a good dogmom! Please keep us posted on how your little girl is doing!

Hi!
I ended up takglanding her to the Vets as her eyes were looking glassy, As it turned out, she had gotten a really bad infection in her anal glands, had them infused and irrigated and now is on antibiotics. her poor butt is still sore though!
Thank Ghilly!
If she has had anal sac problems it could be that they are bothering her again and that's the reason for her acting this way. Being bitten by fleas will also cause them to jump in this way. Has she been treated for fleas?
Does she show any other symptoms of anal sac problems, such as "scooting" along the floor on her butt?
