Hi. Check your dog all over for any obvious injuries, particularly paws, genital areas, ears, nose and mouth. Has your dog been vaccinated against Parvo Virus? Also, what color is your dog's poo? If it's dark brown or black, there may be an internal injury causing blood to leak into the abdomen.

Can you give a bit more information(?) you're finding sprinkles of
blood on the floor is it bright red(?) is it very small amounts, drops
everywhere or in just one area?
You said it is not from his pee ( so no urine just blood spots?) did
you look at the pads of his feet could he have gotten a tiny cut?
Please update...thanks
