What do I do if my dog is on Lasix and Pronin?

My 13 year old Lab was just diagnosed with CHF. Prior to that, our vet put her on Pronin for a bladder issue that worked and solves that issue. However, now we reduced the Pronin because of the Lasix, now the Pronin isn't working like it should, of course because of the Lasix. I'm guessing we will be looking at a trade off situation. Will she be in pain if we ask our vet to take her off the Lasix? Or maybe she could go back to her full dose of Pronin? It is a tough question because she's on a pill to make her urinate to relieve the fluid in her lungs and heart issue, but on another to stop her from "leaking". I just don't want to let her go, but I don't want her suffering either. Her belly is hard (bloated ish?), I read that's something towards the later stages of CHF. Would Lasix do any good at this point?
