Which gland? An anal gland?  In the neck, groin?  Any other symptoms?

Is that her neck gland?
There could be a few different reasons for this, the most likely ones being that she has problem either with a tooth, or ear.
I think to be sensible, it would be best to take her to have the vet look at her.
