How old is your dog, and how long have you owned the dog?
I think there are many digestive (worm) problems that can not be seen without special equipment/tests only the vet can do.
I have also found that while "home remedies" can work if there is an undiagnosed problem or one that requires prescription-strength treatment the only cure is to see a vet and get the needed medication.
I do not know what flexibility vets in your area have but I think it worth your effort to call and ask about cost and payment methods. I have to believe a vet will try to fit in a dog even if the owner has to make small payments over a period of time to cover the cost.
You have not taken her to the Vet? You may have not used the right medication for the specific parasite, or there may be more than one or she us reacting to the medicine. Blu is right. She should be seen by a Vet and take in a fresh stool sample to be checked
No animal should go without eating for more than 48 hours, tops. Is she drinking? You can check her hydration level by pulling up on the skin of her neck, then let it go and see how fast it returns to normal. Immediate is excellent. Slow or not at all is bad. You can give her extra water by using a turkey baster with water in it, and squeezeng small amounts into her mouth (don't choke her). You can also try feeding her people food: human foods that are good for dogs include cooked boneless chicken, green beans, carrots and cooked rice. If you find that none of these home remedies work, please take her to the vet. Blessings - Blu
