Kiddo, It would be impossible for us on an online forum, to diagnose your dog.....Your symptoms are vague and could be many things.....Either way, you need to get your guy/girl to it's Vet today......That would be the only way to help him.....After you have a diagnoses, then please come back and we can offer suggestions on how to continue to help him/her....Make the call now & your guy will be on the way to feeling better.......Karla

also could have got into some poison. Think about what you fed him, or what hes been around. got ahold of any medications, plants, toxic people foods..etc

sounds like possible HGE or coronavirus. Either way both are serious and should be seen by a vet. if they are a puppy..could be parvo. Since you didnt give details, i am only guessing. But i have a schnauzer that got HGE and she almost died. it hit her hard and quick.. foamy vomit and bloody diarrhea.over night and rushed her to vet next morning. none too soon. so any type of frequent or odd vomiting or diarrhea is serious.
