need help with choking 10-12 day puppy, and to know if advice i got is safe and effective(please Reply soon)

I Recently took my 10-12 day puppy to the vet she is a female(She Has No Mother Was Abandoned) she was dehydrated and constipated we've been giving her the antibiotics and vitamin liquid that the vet gave us and the at home enemas that we have to give her but she ran out of enema medicine and still cant "go" on her own we've been trying the warm rag on the anal area to stimulate her to go but she still hasnt,,she is very bloated and gags occasionaly, and when she gags  it sounds like fleam,,i was given advice about giving her a home made enema (The Home-Made Enema Consists Of Warm Water And A Few Drops Of Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice And The Syringe That Will Be Used To Inject It Lubricated With Vegetable Oil On The Outside) I was wondering what to do about the fleam issue ,and if the home made enema idea was Safe And Effective?

Well, I do wish I could help you with personal experience  -but I have no personal experience of puppy care at all.

There IS good information on websites online, and equally, there is a lot of mis-information out there! The internet, unfortunately, is a bit of a hotch-potch of useful and useless information. And anyone can open a website, and give advice, whether they are qualified or not, and whether they really know, or not....
Some websites are better than others. It really is an instinctive thing, and whether the organization has qualified vets giving advice or not, or whether the website or organization is reputable, or not. I would suggest posting your question on the "Ask A Vet" Expert Forum here. I know you would certainly get expert and good advice....but it may take a few days to get it. You can't wait that long, I know.
During holiday times it's difficult. But there must be an emergency number connected with your regular vet that you could ring? There will almost certainly be a vet on-call for out-of-hours or emergencies. I know this doesn't seem quite like an emergency, but a very young pup, as I said, is very vulnerable, and the slightest imbalance could threaten its life or well-being.
If there IS no facility like that at your vet's, then I would take the little one to E.R. vet (they must be available, even at holiday times)
The pooping is a problem. But what sounds more worrying is the choking and gagging.

Who gave you that advice? If it was the vet, and you know and trust that vet, then it will be safe to follow his/her advice.

The other problem (her gagging and coughing) needs a vet's advice too. And quickly, because a very young pup is highly vulnerable. It may all be nothing very serious, but you do need to speak to a vet about these things.
