This is the first time owning a male and I must say they are a lil bit harder to train and have lots more energy. He deff is a hyper dog and still in those puppy stages. I am not the leader my bf is and he just does not listen to me what so ever but its my fault cus when he was a puppy I spoiled him rotten. I dont know if its my voice that its not deep enough and loud that he dont see me as a dominate one. He really is a great dog though with kids and people, just licks you to death. I should watch more Cesar Milan and train myself and him. Thank you all for the comments

Sometimes peeing is not a sign of excitement, it is a sign of submission.  If your dog has a submissive personality he or she may never stop peeing when they see you or meet people.

Most of the time, however, they grow out of it when they mature and learn their place in their human "pack", although there may always be one or two people that they prefer to continue to show their submissiveness to.

Cesar Millan had a show on the same problem, he recommended visitors totally ignoring your dog when they come in, and if he starts to jump and pee, to turn the other way, and not even look at him.  You should practice this with your friends, the more people you have ignore him, the faster he'll get used to it.  They shouldn't look or pet him until he is totally calm, which, on the show, it took quite awhile
