where to find the puppy food that has the dha in it?

well our puppy was having some strange bowel movements, that we have now discovered are part bowel movement part vomit.....apparently the mucousy "BM's" were actually vomit....so we've done the peanut butter thing for a few days once in the am to coat his stomach, and it's kept him from having the crazy bm's...however, now his vomit resembles more of something from a toddler....we know he's been eating his feces(which thankfully i've been able to stop), but we're thinking that we should have kept him on the dha food his "father" had him on....we just have NO IDEA where to find it!     we think the foods we've tried to keep this situation at bay, may not be the whole issue, that maybe his digestive tract just isn't fully capable of handling "big puppy" food....his mom quit feeding the litter around 3 weeks old....she just left them to fend....

so does anyone know where i can find this stuff at?!  i really think that's what he needs...

Have you asked your vet for a recommendation?  That would be a good place to start.  :-)

I know California Natural has omega 3's in it. You have to buy it at specialty stores. Grocery stores don't carry it.
