thank you gh, i was so worried, i went to a moms group today at the park, my dog jumped in the car, i had to run back into the house, when i returned to the car he was in the drivers seat, it surprised me because he did not move all weekend, while we were at the park i noticed bruising on his belly, we hurried back to the vet, this time they gave him an anti-inflamatory and ultram, hopefully that will help

Dog bites hurt.  A lot.  His mouth is probably extremely sore and the puncture wound from the tooth is probably causing him quite a bit of pain.  Even though small dogs traditionally live longer than large dogs, at 11 years of age, your Jack Russell is still a senior citizen.  He's probably not just sore in the mouth from his injuries, but in his body as well.  He was attacked by a dog that outweighs him by more than 50 pounds.  That would be like a 150 pound person being attacked by something that weighs 350 pounds.  That's a HUGE weight differential.  He probably has a lot of muscle aches in addition to being basically in shock from the attack.  Psychologically he's probably also pretty taken aback from being attacked, and this can cause the symptoms you describe as well.  He could also be feeling a bit nauseous from the antibiotic as well.

Not that he's making it tough for you to do this, but I would make sure that even if he starts to perk up a bit, he stays quiet for a week or so.  That way if there are any muscle pulls that you were not initially aware of, it gives them time to heal.  If, after about a week (or sooner, if you notice any changes for the negative) he's not starting to act more like his old self, take him back to the vet and have him reevaluated.  In the meantime, treat him special.  Pet him and talk to him more, just as you would a person who has just had something awful happen to them.  Take him for short walks so that you can monitor every movement and take note of anything out of the ordinary.  In fact, I would give him until Monday morning to look even a little bit better, and then I'd call the vet back and just give him an update.  He may need a different antibiotic or even an x-ray if he doesn't start being willing to at lift his leg to pee.
