Invitation to participate in a research survey about Empty Nose Syndrome

Dear Empty Nose Syndrome patients,

Empty Nose Syndrome (ENS) is a complex condition that we, Dr. Thamboo and Dr. Nayak, at Stanford University have a strong interest in understanding. With your help, we aim to help decrease the number of ENS sufferers in the world through rational treatments and education. Your answers to the following questions in this questionnaire will help us assess some of the basic physiologic and geographic associations to ENS, and its impact on quality of life.

If you are between 18-25 years of age, have had previous sinus surgery, and feel that you suffer from symptoms of ENS (nasal burning, nasal crusting, nose feels too open, suffocation, and can't feel air flowing through your nose) or have been diagnosed with ENS, then please click on the link below to access the survey:

We truly thank you for your time and participation, and hope to share our results with you, and all ENS sufferers.

Sincerely,
Dr. Thamboo and Dr. Nayak
