A green pea soup slug thing sniffed back from my nose into my mouth ??????????

Green slug like plug thing little over half of a aa battery an a pencil thick maybe lil smaller with a lil blood on it it was really gooie like silly puddy just a little more stiffer but it came down into my mouth i couldnt blow anything out but a little bit of green green on to the tissue its seems like my nose is clear to breathe it seems even befor .. But just would like to know ...Why did i about 3 4 days back have a foul odor in my idk how to describe this but it was gross i could smell an taste it when ide sniff really hard but on thursday just recent now yesterday i sniffed really hard an i gooie slug like 3 4 cm long flew out into my mouth it was like pea soup green an had a little blood on it.. Well after that the smell started to go away an couldnt taste it either anymore but now its friday an it seems to have that odor again but only every once in awhile... When i went in to the docs he said i had influenza but at that time i had no odor smell or anything but i did have a 102 temp brought that down but the next morning my temp was 94.0 but at the docs later that day was 96.6 i only seem to cough every great while but nothing severe or to often he gave me some meds for the cough said itd help some but not much an some codiene cough syrup ... An right now as we speak the smell an taste came back bad again but i have not rinsed my nose anything an my nose aint running an it dotn seem to feel as if its going down but i do recall last night ide try sniffing in to hawk a lugi an i de feel what felt like a small booger go dawn i try to get it out but nothing but that foul odor an taste an some spit an sometimes a lil bit of that same green stuff just not a huge slug like thing i was thinking of keeping it going to the doctors an ya but idk if that would be a good thing im not really worried but am a little bit cause its just came outta no where at night time like 10 pm or so an i can smell it every once in awhile when it first started when ide lean my face down im trying to make sure i cover it all .. An now its odor an smell r gone again it goes but at first it was ever time i sniffed in please please i hate doctors for many reasons an yea but if i half to ill go in once again cause i wanna rule out its just a sinus infection but not like menegitis or something severe case scenariobut i dont want him to miss diagnose me again docs r good at that here but i think i should go in an let him know the symptoms i have but yea n today the stron odor an taste r back just spiraticly not all the time please some one let me know something

I think this is what they call a loogie.  (might not be spelling that correctly as I don't think I've ever written that word out, lol).  A snot rocket.  A snot ball.  Good stuff.  The greenish color is a sign of infection, virus or allergy.  Meaning, it can mean nothing other than you have excess mucous.  If you have a fever, that's time to get treated for infection.  When I have colorful snot, it's usually on the tail end of being sick.  And you absolutely can move it from your nose/sinuses to your throat and spit it out.  Lovely.  good luck
