Driving me crazy still

After an endoscopy, put on Omeprazole.  I had problems e
With Nexium in the past.  Felt I'll a couple of days and went back on Fomatadine. Matured Omeprazole again and was doing ok but again today feeling sick to my stomach so switched back to Fomatadine.
Again, worse tongue and throar issues and constant throat clearing.  I do bring up a little, thick sputum.  Again, mainly the left side and very dry again with globus.  Another day of mostly lying down, drinking water and trying to ward off anxiety.  This always affects the left side of my tongue, palate and throat the worst and always afraid I will choke.  Don't know why they can't figure this out.
The only other thing I have going on is now loose upper teeth and one that is sensitive up to the side of my nose on the left side.  A few months ago, my dentist had to put filling material on it due to a sensitive nerve.  Have had X-rays and nobody mentioned infection.  Again, this feeling nauseous, constant clearing my throat and dryness is horrible.
Thoughts?

Thank you for your response. I have had a few CT scans since the mouth and throat issues started .  We are out of tiwn now but will be back soon and will definitely see another dentist.  I am trying to save my top teeth but it is not looking good.  Wish the ENT docs and dental community would work together.
Thank you again.  Hope I can get this resolved. It is so uncomfortable

Hello and hope you are doing well.

I certainly think seeing an ENT is a good idea.  Infected tooth roots from the upper teeth can go inside the maxillary sinus and cause sinusitis.  This can cause a post nasal drip and consequent mucus build up in the throat. You might need a CT of the sinuses for more information.  However, if you do have an infected tooth, you will still need to have this addressed as dental infections can be potentially life-threatening.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

Having problems with mucus that is driving me crazy, again on the left side but also feels like mucus at the base of my throat.  I really have to hack to bring up a small amount.  Have another appt with an ENT dic tomorrow who will probably tell me he doesn't see anything!
