Ear pain and fullness with headaches and neck pain

I was wondering, does anyone have ear pain without any ear problems?
I have been checked out by Neuro, ENT and GP and NOTHING. I'm wondering if I have TMJ but I don't know.
Here are my symptoms...
Right ear pain
Right ear fullness/ringing
Pain behind right eye
spot headaches on right side
grinding teeth at night
stiff neck - going into my shoulders

I had an MRI/MRA back in Oct and all it showed was chronic sinusitis which I am being treated for by my ENT however he knows the pain is not coming from my ear. I am worried. Could this be an aneursym? I know a tumor or something like that would have showed on MRI. I've heard horror stories about aneurysms in carotid arteries and next to ear. I'm terrified of dying from one. Does this sound like that? Should I have another test? I am going to see a TMJ specialist in March but I feel I can't wait that long and sadly my birthday is tomorrow and I just want to know what is wrong with me! If anyone could help I would be more than greatful. Does anyone know about TMJ or aneurysms?
I would appreciate it...THANKS and good luck to all of you!

Have been reading all of the messages posted.
Having simptoms of sinus infection, however ct scan just shows inflamation.
Neck pain and earpain and the surrounding tissue.
Have had sinus infections for years and had been taking probiotics to prevent. Helped a great deal however antibiotics kill everthing except yeast, so repeated use of them can cause alot of your symptoms and
Candida Albican, the infection now is fungal. Being treated for that and am on Candida Diet.
Also had some hormonal issues which contributed to the inability to handle stress, led to adrenal fatigue and now after reading about some of the other problem from all of you, I am going to a Myofascial Release Therapist.
Just rubbing my neck helps , but my pain goes down into my back also.
Hope this helps anyone who has the same pain.

Hi I am 15 and I as well am suffering from these symptoms.
It started with my eye slightly going blurred and then I suffered bad headache around my eyes (sometimes behind them) also I suffer the same feeling that my head is tightening.
I went the GP and was proscribed pizotifen , I have been on it a little over a week and already I'm suffering new symptoms like numb feelings in my arms and hand as well as lightheaded and pain in my ear.
I'm going to the doctor in a months time.
I just want to know any treatments and diagnosis as lately it's being worrying with being only 15.

You're very right on that one. I've had some similar symptoms to mels22.  I've had trauma to my head and back in the past and I feel a knot in my back right below where the stiffness starts that they say not to worry about.  Since an xray of my spine didn't pick up anything except bulging discs on my spine they've ruled it out.  The pressure always starts with the pain in my back and pretty much the only thing that relieves it for hours is also what drops my blood pressure too low since it already runs quite low- blood thinners.  There's lights in my eyes a lot that seem like laser pointers going across my eye and I mistaked it for my nephew and niece playing with a laser pointer for a long time.  To complicate things for seven months I've been living with my galbladder blocked because I got violently ill and was never treated by any of the doctors I went to.  I've been to the ER countless times and just last week they decided to take out my galbladder and it's not one moment too soon.  I have scar tissue in my stomach so since I stopped throwing up the bile and I never have run fever unless I had an extreme case of pnemonia and not a moment till the symptoms didn't match up to them.  The pain in my stomach and the pain in my back and neck and head was of course written off as my imagination and now its just the pain up my back and head that is my imagination because my galbladder needs to come out.  I also have elevated csf levels but I just started taking medication for that and I'm not sure if it isn't making me feel worse.  In one week I get to sort out my symptoms having my galbladder out that is causing Extreme pain and then I can also continue my janumet for polycystic ovarian syndrome and see what the specific symptoms are.  It's really sad when we are looking up treatment and symptoms and doctors are not.  Prescriptions are written and symptoms are treated nevermind what the real problem is.  No amount of medication will make my galbladder start functioning right again and seven months of ignoring it didn't work and I now worry about my pancreas because I have sharp pains and gurgling that I thought was my heart when I throw caution to the wind and eat anything along the lines of broth- many times it stops hurting and seems numb tho which led me to the heart doctor because of the tingling in that side before I knew not to eat.  Since I was not screaming I was considered not in pain but I was asked about anxiety and told to see a psychiatrist for my frustrations and insistance upon returning again and again to the doctor.
