I know this sounds weird, but I want to reduce myself of smell. Mine is heightened. It’s debilitating. When I got covid, I lost my sense of smell for 3 weeks. It was so nice to not have chronic migraines and sensory overload. For the first time in a long time I felt at peace and comfortable in my own skin. I tried googling this. Everything is about regaining your sense of smell. I’m at the point where I would seriously consider brain surgery. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
