longue and throat issues

About a year ago I began feeling as though my throat had some plegm in it and I caught myself always clearing my throat to dislodge it, it never really went away and now it seems to be getting a little worse, i feel as if something is wrong with my longues and throat, i also have lots of little bumps in the back of my throat/tonsil areas i noticed about a month ago when i shined a flashlight into my mouth, these bumps reach up on the soft part of the roof of my mouth (they stop before they reach the bony hard part of the roof of the mouth) I really would like to figure this out, i've been to a doctor who said it was nothing to worry about just allergies, but its year round and constant, Im not sure i believe its allergies, some help would be greatly appreciated.

the picture attached is one i found on google, but the bumps I circled look very similiar to my own, only mine are all over the back of my throat not spread out like that.

Dear Xanatosnemos,

I saw nurselynn's insane post above and I felt I should immediately post to encourage you to seek immediate medical treatment.

When I attended medical school in the Ukraine, all doctor canditates were required to work in a free health clinic.  We frequently saw symptoms like yours in male prostitutes.  It had become very popular for these prostitutes to perform oral sex following unprotected anal sex.  Bumps would appear in the soft tissue of the mouth, tonsils, esophagus and larynx that emitted secretions like phlem but were pus postultes from an infection from fecal matter.  Some patients indicated that they had not participated in this type of sex act but they had been intimate with other males that had. It is also common among prison inmates who engage in risky sexual behavior or been exposed to this environment.. Please understand that as a doctor its impossible for me to properly diagnos you based simply on symptoms that you have described but I recommend you seek immediate medical treatment as this could be a number of other nasty diseaeses that are contageous and can be fatal if untreated.  Please refrain from any type of sexual contact or oral intimacy including kissing until you have a proper examination.
