What is wrong with me?

I am a 23 year old male who is in pretty good health and decent shape physically.  But in the past year I have encountered some health problems.    For about two months now I have been having a hot feeling over my body at different parts of the day.  My face feels red hot, especially my ears and around my eyes.  Also the areas above my knees feel hot along with my genital area.   And overall my skin feels warm to the touch as if I am running a fever; however my body temperature is normal.  There is also body aches too.

Also since December 2014 I have been battling sinus issues that will not resolve.  I have the feeling of fullness and fluid sensation in my ears.  Every time I swallow I hear a popping/clicking sound.  Also I have a sore throat that is mild but persistent.  Also there is headaches and sinus pressure, as well as chest congestion which causes chest and lung pain.  My primary doctor referred me to an ear nose and throat specialist and says that I have a deviated septum which may be the cause of my sinus problems.  The ENT said that it may just be allergies, but I have never had any problem with allergies in my life.

Two weeks ago I visited my primary doctor and he ran a range of blood tests.  Thyroid, Rheumatoid, Testosterone, mono, and blood count.  All tests came back and were within normal range.  My primary said that I may just have a virus that is hanging on.  However with my current sinus issues, is it possible that my sinus problems are the cause of my mentioned issues?

Thank you so much for your help, I just want to get back to being healthy again, I am worried that it could be something serious.

I am also experiencing a new (and frustrating) bout of symptoms for which doctors are continuously telling me is a sinus infection. I have had sinus infections in the past & never encountered something such as this.
For the past two weeks I have had constant (24/7) pressure on one side of my head. It is below my eye, around my jaw and ear and towards the back of my head. It includes post nasal drip, tingling at the side of my head where I feel pressure & slight mucus draining from my eye. It also causes severe muscle stiffness in the one side.
I went to the dentist to ensure it was not anything in my mouth (which it wasn't; although they strongly advised I see a specialist for the TMJ - I've had it for years and never had problems like this).
I went to the doctor who started me on Flonase & Zyrtec (thinking allergies - no relief). I went back to the doctor and got on an antibiotic along with a strong dose of ibuprofen (again, no change). Today I went (yes, again!) and they are scheduling a CAT scan of the sinuses because they are unsure of what else is wrong. The doctor stated that she saw congestion in my ear, but is unwilling to say anything more. I am adamant to figure out some sort of relief.
In the meantime, she suggested I continue the nose spray and start taking some Sudafed.
This pressure causes strong feelings of anxiety (despite the doctor telling me it is all sinus related). Having had sinus infections before this is a totally new & different feeling for me.
What else can someone do? It seems like not much. It is a "wait & see" approach which I am clearly not very good at.
However, if it makes people feel better - we are obviously not alone. Hoping with time this may pass; or that the CAT scan will show whatever may be causing this all to happen.
Trying to remain positive.

I too am having many strange' symptoms that cannot be accounted for , some like the ones you describe. I have thought it maybe allergies , or a reaction to the aerial spraying they are doing as part of their climate change programs ..
