What sounds like eye and nose pain and pressure but the CT shows clear?

This has been going on for 4 years. I have eye pain (optic nerve pressure; seeing sparkling lights on occasion) and pressure at bridge of my nose and in nostril, and around my eye. No visible swelling, no tearing, no discharge (in eye or in nose), no red or itchy eyes. It's all just pain and pressure.

It is affected by moisture, pollen, and mould in the air. When it is dry, like in winter, i get bleeding down the back of my throat several times a day. So summer is pain and inflammation, and winter is bleeding. Sudafed helps often enough, so does a nose spray I was prescribed. I don't use the spray anymore because it was causing drainage issues in my eustachian tube.

It is only on one side of my head. No headaches. Leaning over does amplify the symptoms. I don't suffer from migraines.

My normal doctor didn't even try, just referred me to an otolaryngologist. The otolaryngologist ordered a CT of my sinuses and they were all clear, so referred me to a neurologist. The neurologist though I had trigeminal neuralgia presenting mildly, however the pain is not that severe. I went to the dentist just in case of an abscess or something, but he found no infections in my teeth. The only specialist I haven't seen yet is an ophthalmologist.

Does this sound like ANYTHING at all? I can't find any medical issue online that sounds even close.
