breathing problem

Hi,I am 40 years male.Last three months I am having tightness in my chest, feeling breathless almost everyday. The problem persist during the night.I wake up two or three times gasping for air.I have done all tests heart, lungs, blood.
The only problem I have is my left turbinate which is swollen and the right is reduced from a previous surgery on this side. The right side is sometimes dry.I don't have dry mouth or sore throat, sometimes when I wake up I have a noise on my left ear.I am using steroid spray for my nose and antihistamines too.
Does anybody has same symptoms?Any helpful treatment?
Thank you.

I would recommend reconsulting ENT ASAP; upper airway/nasal passage issue.

What kind of surgery did you have previously and how long ago?
