Well, if you are responding to the Serc or Betahistine, then you have an inner ear problem going on.  I take Betahistine as I have had problems with my inner ear since 2009.  Sometimes, I have problems with my eyes related to my inner ear problem.  Your eyes and inner ears work together to coordinate your balance.  I was diagnosed with Labyrinthitis in 2009 and still have problems from time to time.

Yes, it is terrible.  Mine started abruptly.  I have learned to live with my problem.

I doubt this is a cardio problem since you are responding to the Serc.  I would simply follow up with an ENT Specialist or the Neurologist.

Best of luck.

I would recommend your next step be to seek the opinion of an ENT Specialist who specializes in vestibular disorders.  He/she can do vestibular testing and an assessment.

I would also suggest asking this doctor to do a simple EKG, if not done already, to rule out a rhythm problem with your heart.  You can always ask.

Have you any other medical problems?

thnx for the ans.
but the doctor i cunsulted is general physician and heart specialist. if their is some problem with heart and if he wud go for such monitoring of heart rythm. but he didnt. so if a cardiologist can ignore this then how can i go for this. :(

Fainting is never to be ignored. You may have a heart rythm issue. I would insist on a a heart monitor. If you faint every day, a 24 hour holter will work, but if not, you will need a 30 day event recorder--you will have to push the button as you faint or just after--(ask the cardiologist).
