spaced out

Hey guys,
I have been having ear problems, crackling every time I swallow, for about a year now.  Can ear problems cause you to feel spaced out all the time (like being hung over)?  I went to a friend of mine who is a PA and he said when I swallow my ear drum pops out and stays out.  Could this be a eustation problem?  If so how should I go about treating it?  He put me on nasal spray and singulair.  I have tried those things in the past but to no avail.  I am going crazy with this thing.  I just geel dizzy and spaced out all the time.  I could deal with the crackling but not feeling like an idiot for the rest of my life.  Anyone?????

does anyone know how to post on the professional forum?  I have tried numerous times and it is always full.  It seems as though everyone else is having the same problems I do, and I don't get very many responses to my forums.  So has anyone been able to post on the professional forum?  Also, has anyone had any luck with a chiropractor for ear problems?

my ears crackle when i swallow, and i often feel dizzy and like there is a lot of pressure coming from the inside of my head behind my face and eyes. sometimes i will feel pulsating ear pressure and tinnitus. same here, i can handle crackling ears but the dizziness is spooky and hard to get used to. ive had this for about a year and a half. i will wake up feeling  like i drank way too much the night before and as the day goes on, it subsides a little but rarely completely goes away. also, at night it seems to get worse again.
