sinusitis + breathing difficulty

I am diagnosed with sinusitis 6 months back. Ever since then, i had been having breathing difficulty and it bothers me until now, even so doctors have claimed that my lungs are clear. They couldnt seem to see any problem with myself. All he could say is post nasal drip; with inflammed nose one sided, and some mucus in it. Other than that, it seems fine to the ENT.

Lung X Ray was done previously at the initial state of symptoms; nothing was seen, all was great.

Now that i am down with fever, sore throat + flu, the blockage seems worst, accompanied with sinusitis headache; pressure around my forehead and eyes area, + wheezing from the nostril (due to blocked nose i guess) yet doctor said i'm fine.. I ll have to take decongestant and it helped somehow. What im on now is Rhinocort; a steroid based nasal spray for my sinusitis.

And the worst part, i cant continue with my usual daily activities; like jogging, gym or even any kind of sports; as i will definitely fall sick the next day after sports. I will have feverish chills for a few days before i finally get better from it.

My everyday life is now all about illnesses, never stopped ever since i got sinusitis; followed by gastritis which took me a month to recover.

My main issue right now, is how do i free myself from these few symptoms that are bothering me everyday? The breathing problem, even without blocked nose, but it doesnt seem to be asthma, cold sweat (at night), dizziness + feeling faint, nausea; occasionally sinus pressure headache.

Can anyone pls advise? I would really want to be cured & live life like a normal healthy being. Thank you so much, in advance.

THank you so much Friggy! I will try this out and let u know the outcome..

Fyi, i would like to add in, that what i am feeling most of the time is dryness from my nostrils down to the throat. And there is this dry sticky feeling within these few areas i mentioned..

Hopefully, this method will be a success for myself! Thanks a lot.. :)

It sounds like you have sinusitis in your upper sinuses, and it's hard for the nasal sprays to reach it because of gravity. I had the same symptoms as you for 5 years, until I developed the Flip-Turn Sinus Flush, which will get saline into your upper sinuses, open up your congested passages, and wash out the infected mucus, which the cause of the problems.  It may take about 4 days of flushing before your passages open up and stuff starts coming out.

The Flip-Turn Sinus Flush is mildly risky, because you have to bend over to do it, preferably in a shower, but you can also do it outside on soft ground, or you can kneel down and lean over a bathtub, or perhaps a plastic basin or tub, with the shower running for steam.
Since you have dizzy spells, I would recommend the outside or kneeling down options.
