Anorexia...:(

My Stepdad is always caling me ugly .. And when i look in the mirror i believe it sometimes, all my friends say i'm beautiful. But i don't feel Beautiful. i have a problem, I hardly ever eat anymore :( i starve myself. I'm 5'3 and 100 pounds and i'm scared that i'll become anorexic, When i don't eat i get headaches, I always carry Ibuprofen with me, i take atleast 2 or 3 a day, I just really need help ..:(  I feel so much pressure, i don't know what to do, i almost collapsed yesterday, i hadn't eaten in a day, And i just feel like i'm so disgusting all the time, Please, someone help me.

I know how it feels for your step dad to call you ugly. My step dad always calls me a stupid usless b***h though he hasent said it for a mounth or two it still sunk in and I beleve him. It got to the point were when he said it I just though way to point out the obvious. I know he still thinks that he just dosent say it anymore cuz my mom yelled at him for calling my sister and I it all the time.

But even when I was in grade 5 or 6 I said to him my sister and I arnt ugly and he said to me have you looked in the miror.

So I know how you feel message me if you want to talk!!!

I know when step parents say that it can really hurt!!!

Your step-father is not only wrong, he is emotionally abusive. You are on a very dangerous path and need to get help for your eating disorder. Yes, that is what it is. You are showing anorexic symptoms and it will only get worse. Talk to a counselor at school, your doctor, or another trusted adult and have them refer you to a therapist experienced with eating disorders. Your ED is related to how you feel about yourself and you need help working through both so you can go on to live a good life. Please do it soon.

It may be time to see your family physician and have a medical check up,  that way you can get some expert medical help and not feel like you are alone in this.

early age or we are ugly. i
understand what its like to have a
stepdad always tell you that youre
ugly seeing as i had one. my response
was to over eat. rainy smith..look
