I am actually stressed about 90% of the time. My husband is fine with my weight but not with my body. I have three kids so it has affected my body. Thanks for the advice. :)
I think you have an eating disorder,it dosen't matter which as there are so many types but yes by the soinds of it you may use eating,not eating as a form of control.Are you stressed when you binge? Feel happy and in control when you don't eat? You say you know your husband isn't happy with your weight.has he actually said that?I was convinced my x wasn't happy with mine because I felt I was fat,no matter how much he told me I was slim and he liked me the way I was.I still got skinnier.What happened?He left me for someone two stone heavier!!II you say you have always been tiny so I take it your husband met you that way,in that case he can't be unhappy about your body.Over all I think if you have an eating disorder you know deep down you do,talk to a doctor.Good luck
well I know being vegetarian and eating mainly fruits and veggies will keep you skinny naturally without it being anorexia .... I would say you are very borderline if you aren't counting calories thats fine just make sure you are eating at least 3 meals a day even if it's all just fruit and veggies. now if you go back to making sure your calories are under 1000 a day you may just want to get a self help book and tell your self food isn't bad.

Well I have always been tiny even when I ate a lot. I think it is partially because I am a vegetarian.I don't know but it changes a lot. I eat so much some days and I feel bad and other days I hardly eat and I feel good. I don't count calories now so I can't be sure how much I take in but I know when my husband first left I tried to keep my calorie intake less than 1000. I always feel guilty when I buy packaged foods and I try to avoid it because when I buy it I always overeat. So I try to stick with buying foods I don't like as much such as just fruits and vegetables.
your bmi is a little low however some people are just naturally tiny.
The hardly eating is what worries me....do you know how many calories a day you eat? usually if you are under 1500 a day you are border line for having an eating disorder typically they consider 900 calories a day starvation...
