Help!! DON'T KNOW WHAT DO DO ANYMORE !!

I am an 18 year old female!
I live with my boyfriend in a small town.
Ever since i have been living with him i have lost over 40 pounds.
I don't eat nearly as much as i use to then when i lived in a city.
All my cloths are 2 big for me and i just look disgusting.
But i don't have an apitite anymore. I don't know what to do.
I can go days with out eating and then when i do it it is just something small.
What is this? I need help! What should i do!

It does sound like you have a lot going on emotionally. I would suggest a referral to a therapist to help you sort through it all and get back on track. You deserve to be healthy and happy!

Your boyfriend calling you fat, btw,  is actually verbal abuse; not ok!!

Well it all started with My boyfriend breaking up with my for 4 months to try and get back with his ex then we got back together. And he always seems to call me down call me fat and everything so it makes me think i am fat and feel self contious about myself. I love where i am living right now. ANd alot of the time i do feel sad and hopeless. I Don't know where my life is going anymore. there is nothing out here for me but i love it. But i hate it at the same time. Ijust don't know anymore. Its confusing and making me not want to eat,

You don't really explain WHY you don't eat. Do you feel that you are fat? Do you worry about gaining weight? Or do you feel sick in some way? Also you mention moving and things changing when you moved. Are you unhappy where you are living now? Sometimes depression makes us lose our appetite. Do you feel very sad and hopeless a lot of the time? These are all questions you have to ask yourself. I'm sure you have some sense as to what is going on. Then I would suggest starting with your doctor to make sure there is nothing physically wrong. 40 pounds is a lot of weight to lose. If he doesn't find anything then ask for a referral to a therapist to determine if you are depressed or have an eating disorder (or both). Hang in there, and try and eat  one nutritious meal a day or several smaller meals if that is easier to keep your strength up until you get to the bottom of this.
