Hi! Before branding this a seating disorder it is important to rule out other causes of weight gain. If it is due to hypothyroidism and PCOD, then you can have hunger on and off, overeat or under-eat. Common causes like overeating, lack of exercise, diabetes, PCOD, hypothyroidism have to be ruled out in your case. You must then look for other causes. One is water retention due to low serum protein. This along with anemia can cause unexplained weight gain. Adrenal gland problems are the other cause. Cushing’s syndrome should be looked for. The kidney function too should be assessed. Late night snacking and poor sleep too can cause weight gain. Polycystic ovary too causes weight gain, hence has to be ruled out by an ultrasound of abdomen.  Certain medications like antidepressants cause weight gain. Also the diet should contain more of green leafy vegetables, fruits and protein and less of spaghetti, potato etc.
Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral. If all this is ruled out then you need to consult a psychologist and try and get proper analysis. It could then be an eating disorder.
Take care!

Several things should be considered if you are gaining weight while watching calories and being physically active. More than likely, it's a variety of things working together that have resulted in the weight gain.
