You may need a test to check for h pylori. The best way is the breath test. Follow the docs advice... But I think h pylori needs to get checked as well!!!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I can confirm the exact cause of your symptoms only after clinically examining you. Abdominal pain, vomting, increased frequency of stools can be due to number of causes. Viral gastroenteritis, stomach flu, food poisoning. Irregular periods, brown discharge during periods can be due to number of causes. Pelvic inflammatory diseases, hormonal imbalances all can lead to these symptoms. Drink plenty of water and fluids to avoid dehydration. You should go to the doctor again and get yourself evaluated. A clinical examination, abdominal examination and investigations like complete blood counts, stool examination may be needed. I sincerely hope it helps.
Best of luck and regards!
