pain in stomack plus bubbles in urine

Hi,

From past 2 weeks I am having pain in my stomach in right side also i get bubbles in my urine but do not have burning sensation after urination. Only for once I felt burning sensation after urination.

Well the pain in the stomach is mild but its not going away. I feel that my stomach is always swollen/tight.

It started with after having a dinner on Thursday then when i tried to sleep i could not sleep I had severe pain in head followed by fever.

Well fever and headache vanished within a day but pain in stomach is not going away and i see bubbles in my urine.

What could be the cause?
What tests should i get done?
Which doctor should I visit?

Thanks,
Rakesh

No, your blood sugars aren't bad, though if the fasting gets much higher you might want to see if the doctor can increase or change your meds. There are some countries that use a different measurement for blood sugar - if you see small numbers for blood sugar just multiply to get your numbers. I'm in the U.S. and we use the same as you do.

Yes, there are some great resources on the net. I'm not allowed to put them here, so I'll send you a PM.

Hi Zoelula,

My FBS is always above 100.
Last Saturday it was
FBS   :112
PPBS: 106

Should I worry about that.

I take Glycomate GP1 twice (1-x-1)

Does diabetes values vary country to country.

I also wanted to know are there any comprehensive resources  on net or elsewhere on Diabetes, effects of diabetes on body organs, diets for a diabetic, excesizes that diabetics can follow.

Please share your opinion.

Thanks and regards,
Rakesh,

Good, I'm glad to hear it, Rakesh. I'm also a diabetic, and diabetes can affect so many things, so be sure and keep your blood sugar in target as much as possible (under 100 fasting and under 140 2 hours after meals). I hope the medication helps.

Hi Zoelula,

Thanks very much for your reply.

FYI,
I live in India.

Thing now is as follows.
I consulted my physician last week (Tuesday),
He asked me to have following tests done:

Urine
FBS+PPBS,
Creatinine
SGOT
SGPT
CBC + Palate
ESR.

In the results SGPT was a bit high 77.
But doctor said it's OK.
I am diabetic.

Thing is that i still have pain in my stomach but not that frequent.
Doctor advised me to take medicines for 2 weeks and if no relief then to go for sonography.

Am I on right track.

Thanks,
Rakesh

This has nothing to do with an eating disorder. I would see your primary doctor and if necessary he will refer you to a gastroenterologist. I don't know where you live, but if you don't need a referral I would suggest just going to the gastroenterologist.
