Is my dizziness and disequilibrium associated with my EBV

I have been suffering since 2016 from chronic EBV. I had a good 6 months and went back to revisit my neurologist for blood work due to dizziness and feeling "off". My levels are 650 and 750, a bit higher than in 2016. I've seen ENT..my ears look fine. There is no fluid, etc. Brain MRI negative. Meclizine was given thinking vertigo. I'm not spinning. But when I move my head and or just function I feel dizzy and disoriented. This has been since December. Along with some tingling that comes and goes. Nothing as bad as when this first arose in 2016. My whole body, face , head was tingling and I was out of the country. Came on like overnight . Along with the fatigue, anxiety and aches and pains, this is just another thing to add to the list of symptoms. I feel like a new symptom comes on when you think your getting better. I'm starting supplements that will help boost my immunity, but other than that I don't feel like I get alot of answers. I hear some people go years and are ok then symptoms persist. I hear its chronic and it will never go away. In 2016 my neuro said give it a year you should be fine. Things subsided a bit,  now I'm back at feeling terrible. I've read so many of these posts,  we all experience the same things.  Its scary.  I'm 34 and I feel like its ruining me as a person. I have bad days and really bad days. I dont know what it is like to feel good anymore. Any suggestions , or comments are great appreciated .
