Hi Jeh, The best thing you can do is lose weigth, yes I know you have heard this all before, but at the end of the day its the only way for you to go, lose wieght , exercise, get on a real healthy life style, for get about fast foods and junk foods as no doubt these got you there in the first place, if you need to go any where thats about 15 minutes by car, walk it, and once you have done all this then slowly you will even at 68 get your sex life back.
Its your only way.
