Help Me Please

Last year  I had been dating this girl and had sex everyday and was in great shape.I never had a problem with my penis or anything. I became depressed from a break up and lost all confidence in myself. I could not maintain an errection with another girl for a while. I masturbated more than once daily and became almost anorexic. Now i have another girlfriend and have sex but noticed my penis is different. I have thicker thighs now, and my errections are smaller, and my balls are saggy all the time and wrinkled. My shaft is smaller and is wrinkled and the skin is stretchy when its flaccid. Also, i recently had unprotected sex with her and now it my penis hurts frequently, its usually itchy, and i found a red sore on my balls. My mouth also has had cancer sores recently. I am wondering if my depression cause my smaller penis and erections, or if its an STD or something else.

Only a doctor can determine what those sores are and prescribe the right treatment, so go see a urologist as soon as possible. As for depression and ED, don't worry about it: there aren't that many studies done on this, but it is undisputed that depression is both a cause and consequence of  ED. Unfortunately, most antidepressants can actually cause or worsen ED. There are exceptions, though: tianeptine (brand name STABLON) is considered safe and has no sexual side effects.
