Need Advice

My Penis get bent when erect towards down, Is is posible to make it upward pemanently when erect as normally it is for other people with or without surgery. rest things are normal.....

Hi, Look the exercises are free, and going under the knife will cost you how much? but if you are happy going under the knife, and can find a good surgeon, who can perform just what you want, thats if it can be done, as I'm not that gened on the procedure.
But at teh end of the day its all down to you.

OK I will try, first kick out any fast food/juck food you eat, stay off any fizzy drinks, and just stick to water or fruit drinks as natural as possable, eal lots of lean meat, eat fish even oily fish, eat lots of greens and fresh fruit, you can check out here on site for which veggys and fruit are best for you, and dont foreget red is best for you.
Look below is some berbs and a hormon, and if you are under 30 dont touch the DHEA, its for us older guys as this is just something I keep in word, thery will all help with your erections as the all heklp your blood down below, but if you find these work for you then they will need to become a way of life.

But some things, simple things you could try are Cayenne, Garlic and Ginger.
OK the Cayenne mix in tomato paste and thin with olive oil, mix to a heat that suits you, this you take 3 small spoonfuls 3 times a day, the Garlic a whole head and cloves chopped very fine, again mix with olive oil, and take the same 3x3 as above, wash both down with water, and take on alternate days, and last the Ginger this I keep in the freezer, grate down a pile to the size of a large egg, put in a mug with a slice if lemon, either micro wave 30 sec or just add tea black or green, green is best for ED, add some honey, all the Cayenne, Garlic, Ginger, and the Green tea are all good for your blood and its flow down below and all should help with your erections, you can google them for more info, just add ED to them.
With this you could either try some Tribulus a herb ,or some DHEA a hormon, the DHEA you read up about, as it can have some funny side effects with the odd person, and they both will help with your testosterone, boost your libido and energy levels.
Look Iknow you say your testosterone is OK, but these are both well known help for ED.
The Tribulus takes around 8 weeks to get to full power, and start the DHEA low, 25mgs and buld it up to what you think suits you, and after the 8 weeks cut both down to 5 days out of 7, the reson for this if you keep taken 7 days a week, then they wont work the way we want them to, OK
Look give these a 8 to 12 week trail and see how you go, remember these are herbs and not drugs so take a little longer to kick in.

Thanks for your valuable advice also can you please suggest any specific diet or vitamins which will improve my stamina or gain stamina etc...I already used to go gym regularly but still any specific things to eat or dring which is harm free and easy availble....Thnaks in advance.

Yes PE is for making your p*** bigger but in the same prosess it will straighting your penis, it worked for me.
Look it free, its easy, and at the end of the it should straihten your p***s to a degree, and at the bottom end get some extra length in your p***s, so how bad is that.

As mentioned above you started to position it upwards and pull the under ware over it for couple of years so does your problem solved permanently without any sidfe effect also shared you always kept it in that way or only when it get erect.

jelqing is really work to make penis up or it only works to make penis bigger? The reports only points towards size but i don't have any issue with size im worrying about its not get upward when erect instead of downward...do you sussest any surgery,, It really works?

hi, mine is bent downwards as well. this can be just the normal shape or due to years of positioning it down when you pull your under ware over it. I started to position it upwards and pull the under ware over it for couple of years and it did adjust. it is a little uncomfortable when you get hard but it starts that way and eventually the discomfort goes away. downwards is perfect for mesh position however.

you could try jelqing, it worked for me, Just go to pegym, there you will find a beginners page, just do as they say and dont rush it.
