Severe Penile Sensitivity

My boyfriend told me he's had a problem with painful ejaculation his whole life. He recently got all kinds of tests run and has no STD's but nothing is solving this issue. The head of his penis is way more sensitive than normal. He was prescribed a womens vaginal yeast drug, terconazole, to rub on the tip of his penis and that has helped some but not eliminated the problem. My questions are 1. is this cream a problem for me when I give him oral sex? My gyno says no but I want to make sure 2. what tests could he ask for to help identify this issue with the extra sensitive head and painful ejaculation?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From your boyfriend’s symptoms of painful ejaculation, there is an important possibility that this is due to inflammation or infection of the structures of the urinary/reproductive tract, such as the urethra (tube that leads from the bladder out the end of the penis) or prostate causing prostatitis. He needs a detailed examination from a urologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Thank you for your reply. He has had many, many tests. I was hoping there are some specific tests he could ask for. I will relay this info to him. Thank you.
