Busy mom

I work full time, have three wonderful kids.Its hard to fit exercises in to a busy life. Need some solutions. Please HELP!!

what you really have to do is just make time, change your schedule. cut something out and put exercise in. I don't have a full time job & I am by no means a mother, but I am still in school & work two part time jobs and I go to the gym for at least an hour 5 days a week

I Also Have A Full Time Job And 3 Kids. I WalK For A 1/2 Hour Of My Lunch Hour And Have A Salad For Lunch With A Piece Of Fruit And Water With A Slice Of Lemon Or Orange. After The Kids Are Bathed And In Bed I Do A Little Strength Training And A Few Sit Ups. Hope This Helps.

Hey,i believe that it IS possible to find time.me too,i have 2 children,full time + job, accepting also extra hours during late evenings and sometimes weekend.now i am not driving for 2month,i walk.i take a bus to the work and i walk back home -around 6km. It takes me 1 hour,almost the same ase driving in traffic jams.lost 8kg during 2 month.and also i look very carefully what i eat,less in the evenings,only snack what i afford are some nuts and raisins.so,the next step i will start going to the swimming pool with my babies and it will be good fitness for all of us.i have bought my swimming suite today,hope that on tuesday wi will start.so,good luck to you,just remember that you have to find time for yourself because your family want to have healthy and beautiful mum!!!!

I have 2 kids, work full time and currently go to school full time, but I found workout videos work best for me since i can do them at home. I normally do it in the evening when my kids are getting ready for bed. I love the T25 workouts and I dont necessarily follow the routine but as lon as im getting some excercise in that's what matters. Like the other person mentioned you have to make time for sure.
