Hello everyone! I'm 5"5' 132lbs. I exercise on and off when I am not busy. It has been 8 years and I am currently still 132lbs. The problem is that my breasts have reduced by a whole size in this period.
I am not sure of its cause (wrong workout?) but what I know is I do not want history to repeat itself. Please advice me on a healthy workout suitable for my age or size. I'll try to provide as much relevant detail as possible.
Age: 24, Diet: Pescetarian
Lifestyle: Non-smoker, Non-drinker,
Type of Exercise (before): Jogging, Badminton, Dances & Taekwondo
